The hotel offered a convenient hotel shuttle from the Tsuen Wan MTR station. The room service provided delicious and value-for-money meals. The spacious room was perfect for a family of five. The shower blind added convenience and privacy. The hotel had facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and a small convenient store. The free shuttle to the city proper was a plus.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The free shuttle service to and from the MTR made travelling across the city a breeze. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the housekeepers who kept our room immaculate throughout our stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a good location for getting taxis and there was a free shuttle to the MTR station. The room had a fantastic view and the hotel met our bed configuration requirements. We enjoyed the shower in the room.

It is advisable to have cash on hand for taxi fares, as credit cards are not accepted. The rooms are clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping and amenities such as water and coffee provided. The service received from the front desk and concierge staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered a satisfactory variety of options for guests.
One downside mentioned by a guest was the additional 10% surcharge for room service, which some found to be unnecessary given the already high prices.
